At Remap we recognise that many of the people we help are at particular risk from coronavirus. In addition, our free service is provided by a network of volunteers, many of whom are retired and at additional risk themselves.

Our priority is to keep everyone safe so we are avoiding face to face contact where possible. You can find our policy statement here. As ever, please contact your nearest Remap group for their advice.

Keep well and stay safe!

Throwing frames roll off the production line

Posted 19 August 2015 in News

The first dozen throwing frames for disabled athletes have been manufactured and dispatched to athletics clubs across England.  The Protean Seated Throws Frame was designed by Remap engineer Harry Kirkby and can be easily assembled by clubs and athletes.  It can also be customised for individual athletes by local Remap volunteers and is available via England Athletics. Five throwing frames have additionally been ordered by athletes in Portugal.
