We are committed to delivering our essential services as safely as possible. We will continue to ensure the safety of the people we serve, their occupational therapists, carers, and the Remap volunteers who design, make and install specialist equipment. We will continue to monitor Government and NHS guidance regarding social distancing and Personal Protective Equipment and we will undertake sufficient risk assessments.

We are still here, able to provide help, and we will continue to take special measures to do so.

Remap Welcomes New General Manager, Sue Boyes

Posted 27 April 2021 in News

Welcome to Sue Boyes, who recently joined Remap as the General Manager of our new virtual central office, where she will oversee the development of our charities work.

After a successful military career in the Army, Sue moved to work in the charity sector. Having worked for several well-known national charities, she is an experienced volunteer manager, with extensive knowledge and skills in developing peer/patient-led services. Most recently, she worked for Prostate Cancer UK as the charity’s national lead on peer support services. She is married with 2 grown-up daughters and likes to spend her free time taking her two dogs Tuppence and Penny on nice long walks.
