Volunteering – Plymouth
Making lives better, you can be the difference.
Volunteering is one of the most rewarding things you can do and thinking about how you want to benefit from volunteering is a good start to finding an opportunity that’s right for you. At Remap, we rely on our volunteers to be able to provide our essential service for people with disabilities. We are currently looking to expand our service offering, and we are looking for people from the Plymouth area to join us.
Volunteer, and you can change a life.
How our branches work…
Our practical volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds, but they all share a talent for making things and a desire to use their skills to help others in their community. They provide ingenious solutions to problems like how to climb Snowdon if you use a wheelchair, how to watch a football match if you’re almost completely blind, or simply how to peg washing out on the line with the use of only one hand.
A Remap Branch is made up of the following roles/responsibilities: Please click on the roles to find out more information.
